● ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

● Proof of purchase is required with all returns or exchanges.

● If an item is returned not in the same condition as sold, it will not be accepted.

● Faulty items can be exchanged in store for cash, store credit, or an item of the same price.

● Refunds will be made in the same form of original purchase or in store credit.

● Custom framing can only be returned or exchanged if the problem is the fault of Frames Etc. This does NOT include buyer's remorse or any damage that occurs to a frame after it leaves the store.

•How long does a customer have to return an item? All refunds or exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase/delivery.
